Service Pack 4 for Blackboard 8.0 has been installed at elearning.uky.edu; this new service pack fixes several bugs including performance and security issues. Issues with Grade Center performance have been resolved as well as file uploads with FireFox 3.0
As part of the upgrades, patches were applied to the database servers to improve performance.
