The first week of class is over, and things have gone fairly smooth, there was one issue that required a short downtime on Saturday to fix a hardware problem, but the downtime was only about 45 minutes, and usage was already low considering it was part of a three day weekend.

As for Performance; server performance has been going well, last week the average time to process each request was 166 milliseconds, which is very fast, however that was for a half week, before a three day weekend, so usage wasn’t very high.

As for enrollment this semester, there are currently 17,448 unique students enrolled in a blackboard course. Those students combine for a total 42,905 course enrollments. It isn’t as high as last semester, however there are still new courses being created, and enrollments can change dramatically over the first weeks of a term.
